Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of TrendGuru, the social media publishing API and dashboard at trend.guru. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
1. The service
TrendGuru lets you connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage and publish, schedule and analyze posts on them through a REST API and a web dashboard. Features may change as the service develops, and availability is not guaranteed.
2. Your accounts and content
You may connect only accounts you own or have explicit permission to manage. You are responsible for everything published through your TrendGuru account and API keys, and for complying with each platform's terms and community guidelines. Keep API keys secret; anything done with a key is treated as done by you.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use TrendGuru for spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, harassment, illegal content, malware, scraping platform data, buying or selling engagement, or circumventing platform limits. TrendGuru may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that cause a platform to restrict TrendGuru's API access.
4. Platform terms
Publishing to YouTube uses YouTube API Services and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Publishing to Instagram and Facebook is subject to the Meta Platform Terms. TikTok, X and LinkedIn publishing is subject to those platforms' developer and user terms. Platform rules on content, frequency and media formats apply and may cause a post to be rejected.
5. Pricing and payment
Free plan. Every workspace gets 50 credits per calendar month (UTC) free of charge and can keep up to 10 profiles. Unused Free credits do not carry over.
Credits. AI generation using TrendGuru keys, publishing and Studio rendering share a credit balance. One credit has a nominal value of $0.01; it is not cash and cannot be withdrawn. One post to one network costs one credit; the same content sent to five networks costs five. Posts to X cost more and are charged per tweet, including each tweet of a thread, at a higher rate when the tweet contains a link, because X charges for every write. Simple video editing is charged per started minute; motion graphics rendering is charged per second of output. AI generation on TrendGuru keys is charged at provider cost plus 20%, rounded up to a whole credit. Generation on your own keys is billed by your provider directly without a TrendGuru AI markup. Subscription fees cover service access as well as the included credits. Current costs are published on the pricing page and in the dashboard; the dashboard shows what a post will cost before you send it. Credits are taken when a post is sent to a network; if publication finally fails, or you delete the post or return it to draft before it is published, those credits are returned. Plan credits are spent before pack credits.
Paid plans. Creator, Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. Each paid month grants the plan's credits; plan credits left at the end of the billing month expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the billing portal. An upgrade applies immediately and the difference is charged pro rata; a cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid month, and partial periods are not refunded. All paid plans include the Studio (AI content generation, autopilots and video rendering).
Credit packs. Credit packs are one-time purchases, and pack credits do not expire. While a workspace is on a paid plan or holds pack credits it may keep up to 100 profiles; otherwise, if it has more than 10 profiles, only the first 10 by name can publish. Purchases are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
General. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply. Payments are collected by Ravens FZE LLC (United Arab Emirates) as payment collection agent for Pattern Void LLC; your card statement shows TRENDGURU, and a payment made to Ravens FZE LLC settles what you owe Pattern Void LLC under these terms. Card payments are processed by Stripe; TrendGuru does not see or store card numbers. We may change prices by publishing them on the pricing page at least 30 days before they apply to you; the price of a post is fixed when it is queued. If a payment is reversed or disputed, the related credits or subscription may be suspended until it is settled.
6. Data
How data is stored and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts, delete posts and media, or delete your whole account at any time.
7. Availability and liability
TrendGuru is provided as is. We work to publish on time and to report failures accurately, but we do not guarantee that a platform will accept a post, that scheduled times will be met exactly, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, TrendGuru is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue or platform actions taken against your accounts.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, stored tokens are destroyed and data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Provider

These terms are governed by Georgian law.
